About Erin

Erin Baker-Meno (she/her/hers) is a pre-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion trainer with over 20 years of experience. As a BIPOC, queer, femme, parent, partner and friend, Erin is committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by marginalized communities by incorporating her Intercultural Humility and Restorative Practices education to deepen and strengthen her communities. Erin believes that justice “for all” will not happen until we center the healing of our most oppressed community members. She works hard to use her own privileges to help break down white supremacy by centering BIPOC healing and radical rest.

About this training

This series is designed as an inclusive, collaborative space where mental health professionals gather to engage in meaningful discussions about the intersection of social justice and therapy. The sessions aim to foster awareness, growth, and advocacy around issues such as race, gender, privilege, economic inequalities and other social identities with a focus on how these impact both therapists and clients. The overall goal is to empower therapists to be agents of change, by ensuring their practice not only heals individuals but also contributes to a more just and equitable society.
